Sharing the Art Financial Aid Application Fall/Full Year 2026/2027

Financial Aid applications for fall and full-year classes are due on Monday, August 24th. You must complete this form in its entirety as well as upload supporting documents to successfully submit the application. A separate application must be submitted for each student applying for a scholarship. Please email info@stageartistry.com with any questions.

As a reminder, if financial aid is granted, regardless of the amount, the student will be expected to:

a) Participate in all shows the student is eligible for (if applicable).

b) Maintain regular attendance to and demonstrate satisfactory progress in (as determined by their instructor in consultation with SAS staff) all classes they are enrolled in. If other activities might preclude regular attendance, please discuss this with SAS administration in advance. If a student drops out for reasons other than health or extenuating circumstances, families may be asked to pay back the amount awarded. This requirement allows us to assure that families and individuals accepting financial support are making their studies at SAS a priority.

c) Sell a minimum of 12 Sharing the Art Holiday Fundraising Calendars.

d) Help out with volunteering for shows. Each show has a sign-up list for parent/guardian volunteers involving all sorts of tasks. This can be backstage help, ushering, helping with concessions, helping procure donations, etc.

We urge families who receive financial aid to join the parent fundraising committee to find out how they can help.
